We use a blacklight that will illuminate the urine spots that did not leave a stain. We then us a special odor removing solution that we pour into the spot and let it sit and do the work. After the cleaning solution has had time to work we vacuum out the solution, urine, and water before cleaning the carpet and leaving you with a fresh, healthy, clean carpet again.
